What's Flow into Clarity?
Clarity is most essential to rediscover who we are and what we want. But how do we bring clarity when our life situation seems to be complicated and chaotic? How do we even begin to know what we want when we have no time to think about ourselves, when we are constantly on an auto-pilot and our mind is running around all the time? When we are doing what we thought would make us happy but in reality it isn't? We know we aren't happy but we don't know what makes us happy yet.
Flow into Clarity is designed specifically to address these questions and concerns. Only when we overcome all the underlying issues that are clouding our mind and making our lives chaotic, can we become clear and rediscover what we want in life.
Through personal sessions, group sessions and focused workshops, I will be guiding you to Flow into Clarity so you can rediscover what you want in life and from life.
Who is it for?
Flow into Clarity sessions are for you if,
- You are stuck in your life situation and don’t know how to get out
- You are tired of feeling demotivated and uninspired at work/home but unclear on what steps to take
- Even though everything is going well, you feel lost & confused at times and can’t figure out why
- You are running around and keeping busy all the time and want to stop but no solution works
Wherever you are right now, whatever your current situation is - it is leaving you feel empty and dissatisfied. You don't know what you should change or how you should change it. The ONLY thing you know for sure is that this isn't where you want to be.
You know something needs to change but you don't know what it is.
What to expect?
I will facilitate you to flow into clarity so you can uncover what you really want to do in your life!
And here’s how it’ll happen. In our work together, we will:
- Analyze your current life situation
- Uncover what's holding you back
- Take action and change what's not serving you
- Create more space for you to explore
- Rediscover what you want to do moving forward
Through our work together you’ll be guided to tap into your inner wisdom and:
- Recognize what’s causing the chaos and lack of clarity
- Learn how to overcome this inner chaos
- Discern what to let go and how to bring in the new
- Actively engage so you can rediscover what you want!
Since I want to make sure my sessions are beneficial to you, here are a few initial steps:
Step 1: If my work resonates with you, please submit a request for session including some background (be as specific as you can) and what you want from these sessions.
Step 2: I will respond within 24 business hours with a set of questions to understand your life situation further. You will be asked to give detailed response on these questions. The more you share, the more I will be able to guide you.
Step 3: I will review your response and contact you within 48 business hours. Your responses will tell me a lot about whether you are really committed to bringing clarity and if my sessions will help you.
Step 4: If I can serve you, we will schedule a 30 minute "bonus" discovery session via Skype - to talk about your answers. This session will be donation based. And it'll give us both a chance to understand if we are a good fit for this exchange!
Step 5: If we decide to bring you clarity together, we'll finalize the technicalities in terms of schedule, session options and payments. Typically sessions are one hour long. If you're in Houston/Katy area, we will have session in person & if you're outside Houston/Katy area, we''ll have a Skype session.
Your commitment and dedication is really essential for these sessions to be helpful. So even though these initial steps could seem like a pain (because you REALLY want to get started ASAP), this process itself will be a great test of patience and persistence for you!
